随着近几年高职教育的迅速发展,高职毕业生就业决定着高职院校的发展命脉,这就使得高职院校的职业发展与就业指导工作面临着前所未有的压力和挑战。为了提高职业发展与就业指导工作的实效性,从大学生职业发展与就业创业教育的实际情况出发,采用问卷调查等手段,分析学生在就业创业指导课程中存在的问题,进一步探讨高职学生就业创业指导课程的创新途径。
