随着我国经济的快速发展,现阶段我国经济增长步入新常态,新常态也就是一种寻求企业经济发展创新的新思路。创新管理模式和发展动态一直是企业前进的源源不断的动力,企业内部的管理是在经济新常态下适应发展和提高发展的重要途径。在新的时期下,企业内控管理制度有很多发展的不足,将面临新常态常来的机遇和挑战,同时,需要不断对其制度革新,适合经济新常态下企业的管理和发展。本文主要分析了新常态下企业内控管理制度面临的挑战和变革,同时提出改革创新思路,为企业的发展提供新的路线。
With the rapid economic development in our country, our country’s economic growth has entered a new normal at this stage. The new normal is also a new way of seeking for economic development and innovation in enterprises. Innovative management models and developments have always been a steady stream of motivation for the enterprise’s progress. Management within the enterprise is an important way to adapt to development and enhance development under the new economic normal. In the new period, the internal control management system of the enterprise has many deficiencies in development. It will face the opportunities and challenges that the new normal often faces. At the same time, it needs to constantly reform its system and adapt to the management and development of enterprises under the new normal economic conditions. This article mainly analyzes the challenges and changes faced by the internal control management system under the new normal. At the same time, it puts forward the ideas of reform and innovation and provides a new route for the development of enterprises.
