一、机床设计概述由于某机的操纵拉杆和部分结构撑杆采用了法国先进的收口拉杆,其主要特点是:收口端壁厚等于2~3倍的管体壁厚,拉杆接头直接拧入收口拉杆的螺纹孔内。其优点是;结构零件少、重量轻、强度高、可实行专业化生产,从而降低设计和制造成本。为了试制这种新型拉杆,一种既能使铝杆端头在热态下镦粗和收口的专用设备即应运而生。 1.机床需要完成的主要工序 (1) 管子端头在加热的收口模中完成收口,镦粗的复合工序。收口后的拉杆见图1。
