高职院校人才培养目标主要由第一课堂和第二课堂两条途径共同完成,第一课堂主要是传授学生知识、开发学生智力,第二课堂主要是对学生智力以外的能力开发,如情商的开发。现代职业教育中,愈发重视学生综合素质的培养,第二课堂在现代职业教育中的作用日益凸显。在本文分析了高职院校第二课堂在人才培养体系中的意义和目前存在的问题,并以江西新闻出版职业技术学院为例,对围绕职业教育开展第二课堂的教学模式进行了有益探讨。
The goal of talent training in higher vocational colleges is mainly accomplished by two ways: first class and second class. The first class is mainly for imparting students’ knowledge and developing students’ intelligence. The second class mainly focuses on developing students’ abilities beyond intelligence, such as emotional intelligence Development. In modern vocational education, students pay more and more attention to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive qualities. The role of the second class in modern vocational education is increasingly prominent. This paper analyzes the significance and existing problems of the second classroom of higher vocational colleges in the talent cultivation system. Taking Jiangxi Journalism Press and Polytechnic as examples, this article makes a useful discussion on the teaching mode of carrying out the second classroom in vocational education .
