计量管理作为企业管理的一个重要内容,越来越被企业管理者所重视,其中计量仪器维修管理水平成为影响企业利润的重要因素之一。在这方面,目前的管理手段和方法还很难适应企业的发展需要。把项目管理的理论和思想融合到企业的计量仪器维修管理工作中去,用项目管理的方法指导计量仪器维修管理工作。以浙江中烟杭州制造部卷包车间在用的QTM综合测试台维修项目为例,利用项目管理理论对计量仪器维修项目的几个关键环节进行研究,并提出新的管理模式。
As an important content of enterprise management, measurement management is paid more and more attention by enterprise managers. One of the important factors affecting the profit of enterprises is the measurement maintenance management level. In this regard, the current management methods and methods are still very difficult to adapt to the development needs of enterprises. The project management theory and ideas into the enterprise’s measurement equipment maintenance and management work to go with the project management methods to guide the measurement equipment maintenance management. Taking the QTM integrated test bench maintenance project in the roll-wrapping workshop of Hangzhou Tobacco Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in Zhejiang Tobacco as an example, the paper uses the project management theory to study several key links of the measuring instrument maintenance project and proposes a new management mode.
