Objective To understand the situation and influencing factors of health law and related regulations of medical staffs in Zhuzhou City and provide clues for improving the quality of health law of medical staffs in Zhuzhou City. Methods In 2015, stratified random sampling method was used to survey 720 medical staffs in Zhuzhou City medical institutions. Questionnaires were divided into four parts to investigate the corresponding aspects. The scores of health workers were described by scores (mean ± standard deviation). The t-test, chi-square test, one-way ANOVA and multivariate linear regression analysis Influencing factors. Results The average scores of questionnaires of medical staffs in Zhuzhou City were (13.75 ± 3.07) points and the passing rate was 76.08%. The analysis of variance showed that the scores of questionnaire of medical staff of different grades and medical institutions were statistically different Significance (P <0.05). Multivariate linear regression showed a higher grade, a higher level of medical institutions, and a more privately owned medical institution. Older medical staff scored higher (r = 0.351, R = 2 = 0.123, F = 9.960, P <0.001). Conclusion The knowledge of health law and related regulations in Zhuzhou City in 2015 is ideal. The influential factors are the title, the level of the medical institution where the medical institution is located, the nature and age of the medical institution where the medical institution is located. However, there is room for improvement in the hygienic law knowledge of low-level doctors, clinics, and individual medical institutions and older medical staffs.
