在挖掘机的焊接结构件中,常用到减应力焊缝的设计。不等边腰高式减应力焊缝多应用在主要受力区或受交变应力区,而端部引出式减应力焊缝则应用在非主要受力区。焊接缺陷、未消除应力是造成减应力焊缝早期开裂的主要原因,且减应力焊缝的开裂主要出现在焊趾、端头根部、焊缝表面以及端头尖点等位置。通过对减应力焊缝早期开裂的原因进行分析,详细阐述减应力焊缝焊接质量的控制方法。生产实践证明,所采用的控制方法可有效防止减应力焊缝早期失效和开裂问题的发生。
Excavator welding structure, commonly used to reduce stress weld design. Unequal side lumbar style stress-relief welds are mostly used in the main stress area or the area subjected to alternating stress, while the end-pull-out stress-relief weld is applied in the non-main stress area. Weld defects and un-relieved stresses are the main causes of early cracking of stress-relieved welds. Cracking of reduced-stress welds mainly occurs at weld toe, tip root, weld surface and tip cusp. Through the analysis of the reason of early cracking of stress-relief weld, the control method of welding quality of stress-relief weld is elaborated. Production practice has proved that the control method used can effectively prevent the early stress-relief weld failure and cracking problems.
