针对成品油管道顺序输送的混油量计算问题,借助多相流模型,以0#柴油和90#汽油两种介质作为交替输送对象,建立了顺序输送混油控制方程。根据成品油流经向上U型管和向下U型管两种情况进行数值计算,得到混油量分布云图,分析了不同输送顺序和水力瞬变对混油质量分数的影响。结果表明:成品油流经向上U型管时,后行汽油楔入到前行柴油的量多,且混油段分布较长,同时各截面的平均质量分数相对于前行柴油时较小;流经向下U型管时,后行柴油楔入到前行汽油的量少,且混油段分布较短,同时各截面的平均质量分数相对于前行汽油时较小。因此,成品油在弯管中交替输送时前行汽油后行柴油有助于减少混油量。
In order to solve the problem of the mixed oil flow in the orderly delivery of oil product pipelines, two kinds of mediums of 0 # diesel oil and 90 # gasoline were taken as the alternative transportation objects by multi-phase flow model. According to the numerical calculation of product flow through upward U-tube and downward U-tube, the cloudiness distribution of oil is obtained, and the influence of different conveying sequence and hydraulic transient on mixed oil mass fraction is analyzed. The results show that when the refined oil flows through the U-shaped pipe, the amount of gasoline wedged into the forward diesel oil is large and the distribution of the mixed oil segment is longer. At the same time, the average mass fraction of each section is smaller than that of the forward diesel oil. When flowing down the U-shaped pipe, the amount of diesel oil wedged into the forward gasoline was small and the distribution of the mixed oil segment was short. Meanwhile, the average mass fraction of each section was smaller than that of the preceding gasoline. Therefore, when the product oil is alternately conveyed in elbows, the diesel oil after the line of gasoline can help to reduce the amount of oil mixed.
