旧城改造是城市建设与发展过程中面临的重大课题,许多城市的旧城改造项目都为我们提供了大量的经验和教训。文中对成都市旧城改造“模拟拆迁”模式进行了相关的探讨,并结合了相关实例说明,以期为城市旧城改造的工作思路和开发模式有所启迪。
The reconstruction of the old city is a major issue in the process of urban construction and development. Many urban reconstruction projects in the old city have provided us with a great deal of experience and lessons. In this paper, the transformation of the old city of Chengdu “simulated demolition ” model was discussed, combined with related examples, with a view to the urban transformation of the old train of thought and development mode to some enlightenment.
