“十一五”期间,我国乙烯工业实现了新一轮的扩张,产能产量均仅次于美国跃居世界第二位,单套装置规模、技术水平、原料多元化、产业布局优化以及节能降耗等方面取得了显著的成绩,乙烯工业发展质量有了明显提高。预计“十二五”期间我国乙烯工业仍将保持快速发展,到2015年,产能将达到2000万～2400万吨/年,上下游一体化、基地化的建设模式将继续优化和完善;国外产品的冲击需重视,如何提高产品竞争力是企业必须面对的课题;淘汰落后产能、提高行业整体规模及技术水平也将继续深入开展。
