采用保温交换法制备阿克拉霉素(ACM-A)低密度脂蛋白(LDL)复合物,荧光光度法测定细胞内ACM-A含量,研究宫颈癌Hela细胞对ACM-A-LDL复合物及游离ACM-A的摄取、细胞对复合物的摄取与LDL受体(LDLR)活性的关系及该复合物对Hela细胞DNA及RNA合成的抑制作用。结果:①在相同作用时间下,宫颈癌Hela细胞对ACM-A-LDL复合物的摄取显著高于游离ACM-A的摄取;②细胞对复合物的摄取受LDLR饱和度的限制;③ACM-A-LDL复合物对宫颈癌细胞DNA及RNA的合成具有较强地抑制作用。
ACM-A low-density lipoprotein (LDL) complex was prepared by heat exchange method. The content of ACM-A in cells was determined by fluorescence spectrophotometry, and the complex of ACM-A-LDL and its free from Hela cells were studied.
