今天的美术教育发展空前迅猛,尤其是少儿美术教育,被认为是开启儿童智力的重要途径而备受关注。家庭普遍关心少儿的素质提升,使得少儿美术教育炙手可热;政府重视教育,所以少儿美术教育发展迅速。新一轮课程改革后,美术课程的体系建设逐渐完备,标志着中小学美术教育发展到一个新的阶段。放眼全国,少儿美术教育形成地方文化现象而又自成体系的,当数我国唯一的“儿童画之乡”——江苏省睢宁县。
The development of art education today is unprecedentedly rapid, especially for children’s art education, which is regarded as an important way to open children’s intelligence. Families generally care about children’s quality improvement, making children’s art education hot; the government attaches importance to education, so children’s art education is developing rapidly. After the new round of curriculum reform, the systematic construction of fine arts courses has been gradually completed, marking the development of art education in primary and secondary schools to a new stage. Looking at the whole country, the formation of local cultural phenomenon in children’s art education and self-contained system, when the number of China’s only “Children’s Painting Village” - Suining County, Jiangsu Province.
