以长柄扁桃为材料,研究了采用不同母株年龄的插穗、不同扦插时间以及不同浓度和不同时间的IBA处理对长柄扁桃嫩枝扦插生根率的影响。结果表明:随着母树年龄的增大,扦插生根率下降;萌芽抽枝后越早扦插,生根率越高;IBA处理能够提高长柄扁桃扦插生根率,浓度过高会抑制生根;IBA处理时间长短对扦插成活率没有影响;通过试验证明采集2年生母株上的当年生枝条作插穗,5月1日扦插,扦插时用800mg/L的IBA速蘸30s,扦插成活率可达81.25%。
