目的:探讨手术室护士精神幸福感和职业倦怠的相关性。方法:采用便利抽样法,于2020年6—12月选取宁波市3家三甲医院的212名手术室护士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、精神幸福感问卷(SWBQ)、工作倦怠量表(MBI-GS)对其进行问卷调查。采用Pearson相关分析探讨手术室护士精神幸福感和职业倦怠的相关性。结果:212名手术室护士SWBQ得分为(75.36±12.48)分,MBI-GS得分为(68.48±12.82)分。不同年龄、手术室工作年限、学历、职称、月收入、聘用方式的手术室护士SWBQ得分比较,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05);不同年龄、手术室工作年限、职称、婚姻状况、月收入的手术室护士MBI-GS得分比较,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,手术室护士SWBQ各维度得分及总分与MBI-GS总分及情绪衰竭、去人格化维度得分均呈负相关(n P<0.01),与个人成就感维度得分呈正相关(n P<0.01)。n 结论:手术室护士的职业倦怠处于较高水平,精神幸福感处于中等水平,护理管理者可通过提高手术室护士的精神幸福感降低其职业倦怠。“,”Objective:To explore the correlation between mental well-being and job burnout of Operating Room nurses.Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 212 Operating Room nurses in three hospitals of Ningbo city from June to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. Questionnaire surveys were carried out using general information questionnaire, Spiritual Well-Being Questionnaire (SWBQ) and Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey (MBI-GS) . Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between mental well-being and job burnout of Operating Room nurses.Results:The SWBQ score of 212 Operating Room nurses was (75.36±12.48) and the MBI-GS score was (68.48±12.82) . There were statistically significant differences in the SWBQ scores of Operating Room nurses with different ages, Operating Room working years, education background, professional titles, monthly income and employment methods (n P<0.05) . There were statistically significant differences in MBI-GS scores of Operating Room nurses with different ages, Operating Room working years, professional titles, marital status and monthly income (n P<0.05) . The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the scores and total scores of each dimension of SWBQ of Operating Room nurses were negatively correlated with the total score of MBI-GS, emotional exhaustion, and depersonalization dimension scores (n P<0.01) , and were positively correlated with personal achievement dimension scores (n P<0.01) .n Conclusions:The job burnout of Operating Room nurses is at a high level, and the mental well-being is at a medium level. Nursing managers can reduce their job burnout by improving mental well-being of Operating Room nurses.
