结合SUH409L生产实践,对含钛不锈钢精炼连铸过程中钛收得率的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:随着渣中弱氧化物含量的增加,钢中[Ti]的损失量呈上升趋势;钢中[Al]控制在0.025%~0.03%时,可降低炉渣氧化性,同时可以降低[Ti]损失量;低碱度覆盖剂中(SiO_2)与钢液中[Ti]发生反应,钛损失量增加,使用高碱度中间包覆盖剂,可以使钛损失量降低0.01%~0.02%;通过热力学计算,含钛钢在浇注过程中,容易与空气中的氧气发生反应,良好的保护浇注可以有效提高钛收得率。
Combined with the production practice of SUH409L, the influencing factors of titanium yield in refining and continuous casting process of titanium-containing stainless steel were analyzed. The results show that the loss of [Ti] in steel increases with the increase of the content of the weak oxides in the slag. When the [Al] content in the steel is between 0.025% and 0.03%, the oxidizability of the slag can be reduced and the [ Ti], and the loss of titanium increased with low basicity coating agent (SiO_2) and [Ti] in molten steel. The use of high alkalinity tundish capping agent could reduce the loss of titanium by 0.01% ~ 0.02%. Through the thermodynamic calculation, the titanium-containing steel is easy to react with the oxygen in the air during the pouring process, and good protection pouring can effectively improve the yield of the titanium.
