由于建设时间的差异,上海轨交线路及车站机电设备监控系统(EMCS)采用的设备品牌和平台均有所不同,各条线路均未能实现统一的操作流程和界面,造成EMCS的状况和水平参差不齐。EMCS一般采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)进行现场设备的监控,其界面组态和操作流程都与PLC相关。车站设备PLC控制的标准化研究将有助于提高轨交运营管理水平。
Due to the difference of construction time, equipment brands and platforms adopted by Shanghai Metro Line and Station Electromechanical Equipment Monitoring System (EMCS) are different. Each line failed to achieve a unified operation procedure and interface, which caused the status and level of EMCS Spotty. EMCS generally uses the programmable logic controller (PLC) to carry on the on-the-spot equipment the monitor, its interface configuration and the operation flow all relates to the PLC. The standardization research of station equipment PLC control will help to improve the management of rail transit operations.
