如今,农民群众在生产生活中遇到困难或侵害,就向上级机关反映和寻求保护。那么,我们如何才能做好来访人的接待工作呢?笔者认为,对待不同来访者应有不同方式:谦和文明型。此类来访人态度谦和,言语沉稳,多数有知识,有涵养,自尊心强,在当地群众中有一定威信和影响。他们有的是为寻求解决问题的依据,查询有关政策、规定;有的是为试探上级机关对自己所访问题的态度,然后权衡利弊,回去再与对方当事人协商解决办法。接待这种来访人要注意礼节,可在
