目的实验不同产地黄芩抗炎镇痛作用的差异,初步评价湖北竹山县、湖北竹溪县人工栽培黄芩的质量。方法采用四个产地(河北承德、云南、湖北竹山县、湖北竹溪县)所产黄芩的提取物对实验小鼠行腹腔注射,观察其对二甲苯所致耳肿胀炎症的抗炎作用,对醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应的抑制作用。结果河北承德、云南、湖北竹山县、湖北竹溪县四地所产黄芩在抗二甲苯引起的耳肿胀、抗醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应方面没有明显差异。结论湖北竹山县、湖北竹溪县人工栽培黄芩与药典规定的正品黄芩的抗炎镇痛作用无明显差异,此两地所产黄芩在抗炎镇痛作用方面有替代正品黄芩的价值。
Objective To study the difference of anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Scutellaria baicalensis in different areas and to evaluate the quality of Scutellaria baicalensis in Zhushan and Hubei Province. Methods The experimental mice were injected intraperitoneally with the extract of Radix Scutellariae from four producing areas (Chengde of Hebei, Yunnan, Zhushan of Hubei and Zhuxi of Hubei) to observe their anti-inflammatory effects on xylene-induced ear swelling and inflammation. Inhibition of acetic acid induced writhing in mice. RESULTS: Scutellaria baicalensis baicalensis Georgi in Chengde of Hebei Province, Yunnan Province, Zhushan County of Hubei Province and Zhuxi County of Hubei Province had no significant difference in anti-xylene-induced ear swelling and acetic acid-induced writhing reaction in mice. Conclusion There is no significant difference in the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects between the cultivated Scutellaria baicalensis and the authentic Scutellaria baicalensis defined by Zhuxian in Hubei Zhushan County and Zhuxi County in Hubei Province. The Scutellaria baicalensis baicalensis Georgi produced in these two places has the value of replacing the genuine Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi in terms of anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
