高校党的基层组织建设是高校党的建设的重要组成部分,加强高校基层组织建设是推进我国高等教育事业和高校党的建设科学发展的基础工程。2010年8月修订的《中国共产党普通高等学校基层组织工作条例》(以下简称《条例》)体现了党的建设对高校的新要求,对推动高校党的工作的科学化、民主化、制度化建设具有纲领性指导作用。基于此,探索建立一套科学规范、具有可操作性的高校院(系)党建与思想政治工作评估机制,将新条例的新精神新要求落实到加强高校党的基层组织建设具体措施中,是建立健全党建长效机制的具体举措和有效路径,对于进一步加强基层党建和思想政治工作具有重要意义。
The building of grassroots organizations in colleges and universities is an important part of party building in colleges and universities. The concrete measures and effective ways of establishing and perfecting the long-term party building mechanism are of great significance to further strengthening the party building and ideological and political work at the grassroots level.
