目的 :通过MTT法体外药敏实验检测乳腺癌细胞对中药及其提取物的敏感性 ,并与临床常用的化学合成化疗药作比较 ,评价中草药在乳腺癌化疗中的意义。方法 :采用手术切除标本制得细胞悬液进行原代细胞培养 ,并在此基础上进行药敏实验 ,MTT法检测其敏感性。结果 :乳腺癌细胞对中草药的高度敏感性低于临床常用化疗药且差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,而对两者的中度敏感性则差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 中草药在肿瘤化疗中具有重要意义 ,尤其作为肿瘤的二线化疗药具有广阔的应用前景。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the sensitivity of breast cancer cells to traditional Chinese medicine and its extracts by MTT assay in vitro and to evaluate the significance of Chinese herbal medicine in the chemotherapy of breast cancer compared with the commonly used chemosynthetic chemotherapeutics. Methods: Primary cultured cells were obtained by surgical resection of specimens, and drug sensitivity test was conducted on the basis of this. MTT assay was used to detect the sensitivity. Results: The sensitivity of breast cancer cells to Chinese herbal medicine was lower than that of clinically used chemotherapy drugs (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between them (P> 0.05). 0 5).
