进入商品经济时代后,企业更应注重品牌和商标保护。而地理标志就是其中主要用于农副产品的保护方式。家禽行业已有一部分产品申请了地理标志产品并被批准,但仍有相当多富有地方特色的产品没有顺应时代发展。本刊特组专题,对地理标志相关法律与家禽业地理标志产品现状与未来发展等作了关注与思考。
After entering the era of commodity economy, enterprises should pay more attention to brand and trademark protection. The geographical indication is one of the main methods for the protection of agricultural and sideline products. Part of the poultry industry has applied for GI products and been approved. However, there are still quite a few products rich in local features that have not complied with the development of the times. This is a special issue of our journal, which pays close attention to and reflections on the status quo and future development of the relevant laws on geographical indications and the geographical indications of the poultry industry.
