班级教育活动的开展离不开班级管理,本文就中小学班级管理做了简要的概述,对激励机制的作用进行了分析,最后提出了合理运用激励机制的方式和途径,对于研究中小学班级管理中的激励机制具有一定的参考价值。
The development of class education activities can not be separated from the class management.
