运用电镜及形态测量技术对7例毛细胞白血病患者的骨髓穿刺及外周血标本进行了系统观察。结果表明,不同病例毛细胞的超微结构不全相同,根据其超微形态特征可分为二类:典型Ⅰ型毛细胞白血病和Ⅱ型毛细胞白血病。在一例典型毛细胞白血病细胞胞浆中见有少数小的电子致密颗粒,其性质和意义尚不清楚。本文根据两类毛细胞白血病的细胞超微结构差异,对其不同来源的可能性进行了探讨。
The bone marrow aspirates and peripheral blood samples from 7 cases of hairy cell leukemia were systematically observed by electron microscopy and morphometry. The results showed that the ultrastructural changes of hair cells in different cases were not the same. According to their ultrastructural features, they could be divided into two groups: typical type Ⅰ hair cell leukemia and type Ⅱ hair cell leukemia. In a typical hairy cell leukemia cell cytoplasm see a small number of small electron-dense particles, its nature and significance is not clear. In this paper, according to the differences of the ultrastructure of two kinds of hairy cell leukemia, the possibility of different sources is discussed.
