目的探讨小儿重症肺炎的临床诊断及治疗,以提高治愈率。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月至2012年5月住院治疗的32例重症肺炎患儿的临床资料。结果经治疗,完全治愈31例,1例因伴有先天性心脏病治疗无效死亡。结论该病主要发生于婴幼儿时期并与季节有关联,要做到早发现,早诊断及早治疗,正确正规积极治疗,从而能降低病死率。 Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric severe pneumonia in order to improve the cure rate. Methods The clinical data of 32 severe pneumonia children hospitalized in our hospital from January 2010 to May 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results After treatment, 31 cases were completely cured, and 1 case died of congenital heart disease. Conclusions The disease mainly occurs in infants and young children and is related to the season. Early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment are needed, and proper and regular active treatment can reduce mortality.
