目的建立高效液相色谱法直接测定青蒿素的含量和纯度;方法高效液相色谱法,硅胶反相柱,流动相为乙腈-水(6535),流速为1ml/min,检测波长为205nm;结果青蒿素在6.072~50.06μg范围内线形关系良好,r=0.9999(n=6),平均回收率100.1%,RSD为1.3%。结论该方法能准确可靠的进行定性、定量检测,可有效地控制青蒿素的质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the direct determination of artemisinin content and purity by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The method was characterized by HPLC and reverse phase silica gel column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (6535), the flow rate was 1ml / min and the detection wavelength was 205nm. Results Artemisinin had a good linear relationship in the range of 6.072 ~ 50.06 μg with r = 0.9999 (n = 6), with an average recovery of 100.1% and RSD of 1.3%. Conclusion The method can accurately and reliably carry out qualitative and quantitative tests, which can effectively control the quality of artemisinin.
