以球形铸钢球节点为研究对象,对其力学特性进行非线性有限元分析。对内力分布,并首次对内力状态和断裂特点进行分析,得出铸钢节点在应力集中程度和应力状态三维程度上都有明显改善,容易实现强节点弱构件的设计要求,能够避免焊接节点焊缝区易发生脆性开裂的危险。铸钢节点的倒角和壁厚的参数有限元分析结果表明,倒角和壁厚存在合理的取值范围,可保证铸钢节点良好的受力特性,提高铸钢节点设计的经济性。
Taking the ball-shaped steel ball joint as the research object, the nonlinear finite element analysis of its mechanical properties is carried out. For the first time, the internal force distribution and the characteristics of internal forces are analyzed. The results show that the cast steel joints have obvious improvement in the degree of stress concentration and the three-dimensional stress state. It is easy to realize the design requirements of weak joints in strong joints and can avoid welding Seams prone to brittle cracking danger. The finite element analysis of the parameters of chamfering and wall thickness of cast steel nodes shows that there is a reasonable range of chamfering and wall thickness, which can ensure the good stress characteristics of cast steel nodes and improve the economy of the cast steel node design.
