目的从分子水平上分析和阐述植物根尖对模拟微重力效应的反应。方法以三维回转仪模拟微重力效应,回转处理7 d大小的拟南芥幼苗15 min。利用基因芯片技术,分析模拟微重力下拟南芥mR-NA表达谱的变化。结果拟南芥根尖细胞有392个基因的表达发生了显著变化,其中347个基因表达上调,45个基因表达发生下调。结论模拟微重力效应可以影响拟南芥根尖基因的表达,这些差异表达基因的功能涉及到植物的许多生命过程,包括抗逆反应、细胞壁物质合成、基因转录和信号转导等。
Objective To analyze and elucidate the response of plant root tips to simulated microgravity effects at the molecular level. Methods Three-dimensional gyroscope was used to simulate the effects of microgravity and the Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings of 7 days were revolved for 15 min. Using gene chip technique, the expression of mR-NA in Arabidopsis thaliana under simulated microgravity was analyzed. Results The expression of 392 genes in root tip cells of Arabidopsis changed significantly, of which 347 genes were up-regulated and 45 genes were down-regulated. Conclusion Simulated microgravity effect can affect the expression of apical gene in Arabidopsis. The function of these differentially expressed genes involves many life processes of plants, including anti-retrogradation, synthesis of cell wall material, gene transcription and signal transduction.
