高压水晶釜是生产人造水晶的重要设备,釜体长期在高温(≤400℃)、高压(≤260 MPa)、腐蚀介质中连续工作,每个运行周期在40天以上,工作环境恶劣,当高压釜产生裂纹时,除了受釜体材料冶金质量的影响外,因高压釜在高温下长期连续工作使调质钢产生的回火脆性成为釜体失效的重要因素。用PCrNi3MoVA调质钢生产的锻造釜体使用1年后,在清洗过程中发现釜体内壁出现穿透性裂纹。为查明原因,对该釜体进行了解剖鉴定,并对裂纹的性质及成因进行了分析。
High pressure crystal kettle is an important equipment for producing artificial crystal. In order to find out the reason, the autoclave body was anatomized and identified, and the nature and origin of the crack were analyzed.
