目的:建立一种柱前衍生反相高效液相色谱法测定血浆同型谷胱甘肽(glutath ione,GSH)的方法.方法:以tris(2-carboxy lethy 1)-phosphine(TCEP)为还原剂,7-fluorbenzo-2-oxa-1,3-diazole-4-sulfonate(SBD-F)为衍生剂,N-乙酰半胱氨酸(N-ace tylcystine,NAC)为内标,C8柱分离.流动相为甲醇—磷酸盐缓冲液,梯度洗脱,激发波长(λex)380nm,发射波长(λem) 510nm,内标标准曲线法定量.结论:本方法准确、灵敏、快速、特异,适合于GSH实验室研究和临床常规检测.
