本试验研究针对风化带粘土矿物含量高、氧化铁污染严重的细粒夕线石,成功地采用了强磁选、不脱泥、常温、碱性介质浮选的选矿工艺进行分选,选矿指标达到国内先进水平。而洗涤调整剂的使用,为风化带氧化铁污染的夕线石选矿创出了新路,为细粒夕线石的开发利用奠定了基础.
In this study, the fine graded sillimanite with high content of clay minerals and high iron oxide pollution in weathering zone was successfully used for the separation of beneficiation process with strong magnetic separation, non-desliming, normal temperature and alkaline medium flotation, To the domestic advanced level. The use of detergent regulators created a new road for the weathering of sillimanite contaminated with iron oxide, which laid the foundation for the development and utilization of fine graded sillimanite.
