钛铁试剂(Tiron)早已用于钛的光度测定,但铬有干扰。当加入表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)后,因形成了Ti-Tiron-CTMAB三元缔合物而可被氯仿定量萃取。本文研究了该三元络合物的形成条件、萃取性能,吸收光谱以及干扰元素等,拟定了岩矿中微克量钛的测定手续。方法快速、灵敏,用于含铬矿物和耐火材料中钛的测定可不必分离铬。又可用毫克量样品测定单矿物中的钛。
Tiron has long been used for the photometric determination of titanium, but chromium is disturbing. When the surfactant CTABB was added, it could be quantitatively extracted by chloroform because of the formation of Ti-Tiron-CTMAB ternary association. In this paper, the formation conditions of the ternary complex, extraction performance, absorption spectra and interference elements were studied, and the determination procedure of micrograms of titanium in rock and mine was worked out. Fast, sensitive method for the determination of titanium in chrome-containing minerals and refractory materials without having to separate the chromium. Also available milligram quantities of single minerals in the determination of titanium.
