介绍了华东电网有限公司集中招标管理体系概况以及集中招标管理体系的特点,着重分析了集中招标的优点及存在的问题,提出了今后需要加强的管理工作。
This article introduced the general bidding management system of East China Power Grid Co., Ltd. and the characteristics of centralized bidding management system. The advantages and disadvantages of centralized bidding were analyzed emphatically, and the management which needed strengthening in the future was put forward.
