通过调查问卷和现场访谈,对相同或不同行业的不同职位做有区别的总结和概括。文中涉及公务员,矿区女工,按摩师三种职业,将结合专门测评的结果得出就业经验和工作技巧,并提出各行业提高工作满意度的问题和解决办法。
Through questionnaires and on-site interviews, different positions in the same or different industries are differentiated and summarized. The article involves civil servants, mine workers, masseurs three occupations, will be combined with the results of specialized evaluation of employment experience and work skills, and put forward the various industries to improve job satisfaction problems and solutions.
