在我国社会和经济不断发展的条件下,建筑工程建设事业也得到了进一步的发展,其中就包括项目管理工作,可是随着时代的不断进步其中的管理问题也越来越突出。现阶段建筑工程建设规模正在不但增大,项目管理工作内容也更加复杂,所以对项目管理的要求也越来越高。在发展机遇以及挑战同时存在的情况下,对传统项目管理模式进行适当调整是非常有必要的,应该不断引进国外先进管理理念以及管理手段。本文主要对建筑工程建设过程中管理模式的有效调整进行研究,提出笔者的思考和建议,仅供参考。
Under the continuous development of society and economy in our country, the construction engineering construction has also been further developed, including project management, but with the continuous improvement of the times, the management problems have become more and more prominent. At this stage, the construction scale of construction projects is not only increasing, but also the content of project management is more complicated. Therefore, the requirements for project management are also getting higher and higher. Under the circumstance of both development opportunities and challenges, it is very necessary to make proper adjustments to the traditional project management mode. We should constantly introduce advanced foreign management concepts and management tools. This paper mainly studies the effective adjustment of the management mode in the process of building engineering construction, puts forward the author’s thinking and suggestions for reference purposes only.
