采用正电子多普勒展宽和X衍射分析方法研究了冷轧镍中氢化物的分解过程。实验结果指出:冷轧镍中充氢(0.5mol/lH_2 SO_4+250mg/lAS_2O_3)会产fccβ相(氢化物),β相是不稳的,室温时效将发生分解。氢化物本身对正电子不敏感,但选择适当的条件,仍可用正电子湮没技术(PAT)研究它的分解过程,所得结果与X衍射分析吻合。采用氢与空位互作用形成以氢为核心的空位团机制可较好地解释实验中观察到的现象。
Hydride decomposition in cold-rolled nickel was studied by positron-Doppler broadening and X-ray diffraction. The experimental results show that the fccβ phase (hydride) can be produced by charging hydrogen in cold-rolled nickel (0.5mol / lH 2 SO 4 + 250mg / l A 2 O 3). The β phase is unstable and decomposes at room temperature. Hydride itself is not sensitive to positrons. However, it is still possible to study its decomposition process by positron annihilation (PAT) under the proper conditions. The results obtained are in good agreement with X-ray diffraction analysis. The use of hydrogen-vacancy interaction to form a hydrogen-centered vacancy cluster mechanism can better explain the observed phenomena in the experiment.
