基于神东矿区石圪台煤矿31201工作面矿压实测结果,对工作面在上覆遗留煤柱下开采及上覆采空区下开采时的矿压显现规律进行了总结。实测结果表明在上覆遗留煤柱下开采时工作面矿压显现剧烈,在临近推出煤柱区时,工作面内煤壁片帮,顶板大规模冒落,直接导致压架事件。在进行长壁采空区下开采时,工作面初次来压步距为48.6 m,工作面周期来压平均为9.68m。为了近一步研究工作面在不同阶段的矿压显现规律,根据31201工作面围岩物理参数,构建平面物理模型,利用模型支架实测工作面在不同采动阶段的矿压显现规律,模拟实验结果表明:实验实测结果与现场实测结果基本吻合。
Based on the rock burst results of 31201 working face of Shitutai Coal Mine in Shendong Mining Area, the law of occurrence of underground pressure when the working face is mined under the overlying coal pillar and the overlying goaf is analyzed. The measured results show that the underground pressure of working face appears drastically when mining under the remaining coal pillars. When the pillars area is introduced, the coal wall slab in the working face and the roof collapse in large scale, which directly leads to the pressure racking event. When mining under the longwall goaf, the pressure step on the working face for the first time is 48.6 m, and the average working face pressure is 9.68 m. In order to study the law of strata behavior at different stages in recent years, according to the physical parameters of surrounding rock in 31201 working face, a plane physical model was constructed and the law of strata behavior of working face at different mining stages was measured by model brackets. The simulation results show : The experimental results are in good agreement with the field measurements.
