(一)现状 中科院上海分院和上海科学院系统44个科研机构,承担大量国家重点攻关项目,重大基础研究项目、“863”高科技跟踪项目和“攀登计划”项目。自1984年以来,每年取得2000项左右重大科技成果,达到国家先进水平的占21.2%,国内领先的占63.5%,获得国家级奖励的占全国获奖成果总数的比例每年保持在10%—14%之间,居全国各省市前列。学科带头人在主持国家重点攻关项目和重大基础研究项目的同时,创办并主持国家级的研究机构(国家级重点开放实验室、博士后科研流动站、国家级研究中心和国家级工程中心等),为国家培养大批高级科技人才,例如中科院上海分院系统各研究所,经全国博士后管
