本文以QT师专语文教育专业为研究对象,对高师开展的教育叙事的效果进行评价研究。教育叙事的参与者是教师和师范生,实施的主要平台为课堂和网络,因此教育叙事实施的效价可从学生、教师和课程三个维度来进行评价。实践证明,教育叙事确是切实提高高师人才培养质量,促进教师专业发展的有效手段。
This article takes the language education major of QT teachers as the research object, and evaluates the effect of the educational narration carried out by teachers. The narrative participants in education are teachers and normal students. The main platforms for implementation are classrooms and networks. Therefore, the effectiveness of educational narrative implementation can be evaluated from the three dimensions of students, teachers and curriculums. Practice has proved that the narrative of education is really an effective measure to effectively improve the quality of personnel training in higher normal colleges and promote the professional development of teachers.
