2003年8月10～14日,新疆疾控中心主任年会暨突发公共卫生事件应急处理研讨会在乌鲁木齐市环球大酒店举行。新疆维吾尔自治区卫生厅领导买买提明·牙生厅长、王绍华副厅长和疾控处符俐萍处长,中国疾病预防控制中心应急办杨维中主任、北京市疾病预防控制中心应急办沈壮主任、宁波市疾病预防控制中心鲍建国主任、天津市卫生防病中心实验检测部王栩东主任助理、江苏省疾病预防控制中心胡晓抒主任及办公室徐健琨主任和谢景欣工程师、河南省妇幼保健院张展院长等特邀嘉宾,新疆疾病预防控制中心党委书记吐拉宏·牙合甫、金鑫主任、曹汉礼副主任、张伟副主任、马尔当副主任、中心附属传染病院居来提院长、中心附属实验动物中心燕顺生主任及中心业务科室领导、专业技术人员和全疆各地(州、市)及部分县(市)疾病预防控制中心领导160余人参加了会议。
