论述了采用直接进样法的5E-HGT2320全自动测汞仪的技术特征及其性能,在确定检验校正系数的基础上,选取水分、挥发分和全硫含量不同的32个煤样对仪器的精密度进行验证,并采用4种标准煤样验证仪器的准确度。验证结果表明,直接进样全自动测汞仪的测量结果精密度和准确度均满足国标要求,适用于煤样批次多、待测样品数量多和对测汞实时性要求较高的应用场所。
The technical characteristics and performance of the 5E-HGT2320 automatic mercury analyzer using direct injection method are discussed. Based on the test calibration coefficient, 32 coal samples with different contents of moisture, volatile matter and total sulfur are selected for the measurement of the instrument Precision verification, and the use of four kinds of standard coal samples to verify the accuracy of the instrument. The verification results show that the precision and accuracy of the direct injection mercury measurement instrument meet the requirements of the national standard and are suitable for applications where the number of coal samples is large, the number of samples to be tested is high, and the real-time mercury measurement requirements are high .
