在现代科技技术的快速发展下,我国社会的现代化建设不断深入发展,人们在对物质生活提高要求的同时也对精神生活提出了更高的要求,由此对我国基层群众文化工作的开展带来了机遇和挑战,需要基层组织加强基础群众文化工作的开展,对基础群众文化生活进行丰富从而不断促进我国社会主义和谐社会的建设发展。文章在基本阐述基础群众文化工作开展内涵的基础上,针对现阶段基层群众文化工作开展现状及存在的问题,为如何优化基础群众文化工作的开展进行策略分析。
With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the modernization of our society has been continuously deepened. People have put forward higher requirements on spiritual life while raising the requirements for material life. As a result, they have brought about the cultural work of grassroots people in our country Opportunities and challenges require grass-roots organizations to strengthen the work of basic mass culture, enrich the basic mass cultural life and continuously promote the construction and development of China’s socialist harmonious society. Based on the basic explanation of the connotation of basic mass cultural work, the article aims at the current situation and existing problems of grass-roots mass cultural work at present stage and the strategy analysis for how to optimize the basic mass cultural work.
