当今社会事物瞬息万变,人民警察必须创造性地应对各种新形势、新状况、新问题,充分发挥创新警务能力。本文旨在分析公安实战部门对以“创新能力”为核心警务能力的警务人才的需求,深入分析目前警察院校人才培养模式和管理模式等存在的问题,继而从创新型学习组织文化、创新管理模式、改革评价方式等三个方面入手,探讨创新警务能力培养的路径。
In today’s rapidly changing society, people’s police must creatively respond to all kinds of new situations, new situations and new problems and give full play to their innovative police capabilities. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the actual needs of public security officers on the police ability of “innovation ability” as the core police force, and to analyze in-depth the existing problems such as personnel training mode and management mode in police academies.
