目的探讨咽部异物漏诊的原因及诊断治疗的方法。方法对45例咽异物漏诊患者用70°鼻内镜检查治疗的临床资料总结分析。结果 45例咽异物漏诊患者中鱼刺是最常见的漏诊异物,扁桃体、舌根部、咽侧壁是常见的漏诊部位。结论清除咽部分泌物在70°鼻内镜下按顺序详细查体可有效减少漏诊率。 Objective To investigate the causes of missed diagnosis of throat foreign bodies and the methods of diagnosis and treatment. Methods The clinical data of 45 cases of misdiagnosis of pharyngeal foreign body treated with 70 ° endoscopy were summarized and analyzed.
