[目的]了解东营市实验中学学生艾滋病相关知识知晓和态度情况,评价艾滋病健康教育的效果。[方法]2009年9月,在东营市实验中学开设健康教育课一学期,随机抽取学生720名在健康教育课开设前后进行问卷调查。[结果]健康教育前调查698人,健康教育后调查705人,艾滋病相关知识知晓率,健康教育前为39.26%,健康教育后为89.36%(P<0.01)。其中,艾滋病传播途径知晓率健康教育前后为53.58%、85.11%(P<0.01),非传播途径知晓率健康教育前后为31.23%、91.35%(P<0.01);艾滋病相关态度正确率,健康教育前为49.57%(346/698),健康教育后为77.59%(P<0.01)。[结论]对中学生开设艾滋病健康教育课的效果明显。
[Objective] To understand the AIDS-related knowledge and attitudes of experimental middle school students in Dongying City and evaluate the effect of AIDS health education. [Methods] In September 2009, Dongying Experimental High School opened a one-semester health education course, randomly selected 720 students before and after the opening of health education classes to conduct a questionnaire survey. [Results] 698 pre-health education surveys, 705 post-health education surveys, awareness of HIV / AIDS related knowledge were 39.26% before health education and 89.36% after health education (P <0.01). Among them, the awareness rate of AIDS transmission was 53.58% before and after health education, 85.11% (P <0.01), the awareness of non-transmission ways before and after health education was 31.23%, 91.35% (P <0.01); AIDS-related attitude accuracy, health education 49.57% (346/698) before and 77.59% after health education (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The effect of offering HIV / AIDS health education classes to middle school students is obvious.
