随着智能终端的普及和4G网络的建设,移动游戏的用户规模和市场份额都呈现爆发式增长。移动游戏作为移动互联网行业中具备成熟商业模式的领域,近年来,已经成为推动信息消费的重要助力。同时,与移动游戏产业快速发展共存的是移动游戏侵权盗版现象屡见不鲜,版权纠纷问题与日俱增。游戏产业蓬勃发展的同时,移动游戏版权保护工作还需要进一步完善和加强,营造良好的移动游戏版权环境,促进移动游戏行业健康可持续发展。
With the popularization of intelligent terminals and the construction of 4G network, the user scale and market share of mobile games have shown explosive growth. As a field with mature business models in the mobile Internet industry, mobile games have become an important boost for promoting information consumption in recent years. At the same time, the coexistence with the rapid development of the mobile game industry is that the phenomenon of infringement and piracy in mobile games is not uncommon and the issue of copyright disputes is increasing day by day. While the game industry is booming, copyright protection for mobile games needs to be further improved and strengthened so as to create a favorable mobile game copyright environment and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the mobile game industry.
