本文提出了一种新型的光纤液位传感器,它的感受部分用热刻—酸蚀法直接配置在光纤上,使得感受应变量的结构成为光纤本身的固有结构。这种传感器具有线性的液位响应及较好的重复性且没有滞后效应,与其它传感器相比其最大的优点是高灵敏度,可望用于液位高H>10cm时的精细测量。
In this paper, a new type of optical fiber level sensor is proposed. Its sensing part is directly arranged on the optical fiber by means of thermal etching and acid etching, making the structure of sensing the strain become the intrinsic structure of the optical fiber. This sensor has a linear liquid level response and good repeatability and no hysteresis effect, compared with other sensors, its greatest advantage is the high sensitivity, is expected to be used when the liquid level high H> 10cm fine measurement.
