目的了解门诊西药处方中抗菌药物的使用现状,促进抗菌药物的合理使用。方法随机抽取2009年11月份我院普外、妇科、儿科、呼吸内科5个临床科室门诊处方1000张,分析统计每个科抗生素的应用例数、应用天数、平均天数。结果 5个临床科室抗生素应用各有特点。结论抗菌药物种类繁多,临床应用广泛,应提倡安全、合理、有效地应用。
Objective To understand the current status of the use of antimicrobials in outpatient western medicine prescriptions and to promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents. Methods A total of 1000 outpatient prescriptions in 5 clinical departments of general hospital, gynecology department, pediatrics and respiratory medicine department in November 2009 were randomly selected and analyzed. The number of application cases, the number of application days and the average number of days of antibiotics in each section were analyzed and counted. The results of five clinical departments of antibiotics have their own characteristics. Conclusion A wide range of antimicrobial agents, a wide range of clinical applications, should promote safe, reasonable and effective application.
