木纤维、竹纤维等植物短纤维由于长度短,力学性能难以测量。本文详细介绍了一种最新开发的用于木纤维、竹纤维等植物短纤维力学性能测试设备的结构、性能、技术优势,并使用该设备对毛竹纤维、杉木管胞纵向力学性能进行了初步测试。测试结果与已有研究得到的数据吻合得较好。该设备成功地解决了植物短纤维力学性能测试中纤维夹持、纤维取向调节这2个技术难题。 Wood fiber, bamboo fiber and other plant staple due to the length of the short, difficult to measure the mechanical properties. This paper introduces in detail the structure, performance and technical advantages of a newly developed device for testing the mechanical properties of short staple fibers such as wood fiber and bamboo fiber. The longitudinal mechanical properties of bamboo fiber and Chinese tracheid cell have been preliminarily tested . The test results are in good agreement with the data obtained from previous studies. The device has successfully solved the mechanical properties of plant staple fiber clamping, fiber orientation regulation of the two technical problems.
