以丙烯酰胺(AM)和2–丙烯酰胺基–2–甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,氯化钯为钯源,在不加任何还原剂和引发剂的情况下,采用微波辐照法合成纳米钯/P(AM–AMPS)复合材料。研究了溶液的酸碱度、单体的摩尔比、微波辐照时间等因素对反应体系的影响,结果表明:p H为7.0左右,n(AM)∶n(AMPS)=4,微波辐照时间45 min时聚合物体系的反应程度最大。利用透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)观察纳米钯复合材料,结果显示:聚合物呈网状结构,具有很好的包覆性;钯粒子的粒径约为20 nm。
