能量代谢是机体正常运行的基础 ,在激烈的运动中无氧酵解生成乳酸是主要的供能方式之一 ,因此 ,运动医学工作者经常以乳酸代谢能力评价运动员的运动能力和疲劳程度。另外 ,糖元是机体活动的能量物质 ,是ATP的重要来源之一 ,所以也反映了机体的运动能力。本研究采用慢性疲劳动物模型 ,通过对乳酸廓清率、乳酸脱氢酶及肝糖元测定 ,探讨疲劳时乳酸代谢能力及糖元储备的改变及中药元气精华抗疲劳的作用。研究结果表明 ,中药治疗组的乳酸廓清率和乳酸脱氢酶含量均比模型对照组高 ,说明中药元气精华可能在一定程度上增强LDH活性 ,提高无氧代谢能力 ,减少机体血乳酸的堆积 ,加快乳酸的清除速率 ,从而使机体耐乳酸能力和有氧代谢能力提高。同时 ,中药治疗组的肝糖元含量明显高于模型对照组和人参皂甙组 ,说明中药元气精华能够提高糖元储存 ,增强机体运动能力
Energy metabolism is the basis for the normal operation of the body. In the intense exercise, anaerobic glycolysis produces lactic acid is one of the main energy supply methods. Therefore, sports medicine workers often use lactic acid metabolism ability to evaluate athletes’ exercise capacity and fatigue. In addition, glycogen is the body’s active energy material, is one of the important sources of ATP, so it also reflects the body’s ability to move. In this study, a chronic fatigue animal model was used to determine lactate clearance rate, lactate dehydrogenase, and hepatic glycogen content to investigate changes in lactic acid metabolism and changes in glycogen reserves during fatigue and the anti-fatigue effect of Chinese herbal essence. The results of the study showed that the lactic acid clearance rate and lactate dehydrogenase level in the Chinese medicine treatment group were higher than those in the model control group, indicating that the vitality essence of the Chinese herbal medicine may increase the LDH activity to a certain extent, increase the anaerobic metabolism, and reduce the accumulation of blood lactic acid in the body. Accelerate the rate of lactic acid clearance, so that the body’s resistance to lactic acid and aerobic capacity increase. At the same time, the content of hepatic glycogen in the Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly higher than that in the model control group and the ginsenoside group, indicating that the Chinese herbal vitality essence can increase the storage of glycogen and enhance the body’s exercise capacity.
